Founder: Alessandro Zampedri
Alessandro is an international entrepreneur and operating officer with experience in Europe and the US, working with global investors, formed by Family Offices and UHNW individuals. He manages and oversee all the aspects of the investments, from the due diligence, to the investment plan, negotiations and execution, selecting the team and consultants, structuring the capital/debt stack, managing the projects to completion. He focuses on developing a comprehensive vision for the investments and business opportunities, where value can be created, and architecting the single pillars of what needs to be implemented and executed, directly managing the execution. Integrity, dedication, speed, negotiations skills, team work and a very strong "hands on" experience are the pillars of Alessandro’ working life.
